Welcome to our Appeal:
"Aiming Higher for Disabled Children"

The Trust was inspired by the initiative "aiming high for disabled children" and is committed to providing high quality adventure activities for children and young people with disabilities.

We aim to provide the specialist facilities and support which enable:

Children and young people with disabilities to participate in compelling outdoor activities alongside their peers, as part of their education

  • Children and young people with disabilities to enjoy high quality adventure as part of their respite care
  • Children and young people with disabilities to enjoy adventurous holidays with their families and careers.
  • But in discussion with our stakeholders, it became clear that we do not have enough money to fund the changes we need to achieve our ambitions.

Our Appeal ‘Aiming Higher for Disabled Children’ aims to:

  • ensure that we have skills and equipment for supporting disabled adventure throughout the Trust’s Centres
  • ensure that two of our residential Centres are modernised and adapted to meet the needs of all children and young people, irrespective of their disability
