Centre Visits

We are a 9 acre wildlife site loacted in Eltham, South East London. We are visited daily by schools, colleges and other education establishments from Greenwich, Lewisham and other neighbouring boroughs.  Approximately 10,000 pupils and adults visit the centre every year. to extend their learning.  Our aim is to provide a fun and exciting educational experience in the outdoors.  Through a cross curricular approach we hope to encourage a love for and respect of the natural environment.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

The centre aims to equip and inspire teachers and practioners with the knowledge and confidence to use the outdoors creatively to educate children.  This can be linked to a specific area of the curriculum or on a cross curricular basis. We provide twilight and whole day training both here at the centre and in school / school grounds.  We also offer free pre-visit planning meetings and whole staff familiarisation of the centre.
