We believe that every child should have access to adventure as part of their education and throughout their lives.

Widehorizons offers opportunities for adventure for children and young people from pre-school to adulthood. Our expert team, inspirational settings and innovative approach to adventure combine to provide real benefits to children and young people of all ages.

What makes us different?

Our staff are a blend of teachers and outdoor instructors all with a passion for teaching and learning outdoors.  This means the impact of our adventure is memorable, foccussed on outcomes, safe and fun.

Donate to Widehorizons

We have our own centres, in fact six of them, all with their own unique characters.  This means that we can create a 'Journey' in every sense of the word.

From the age of two up to adulthood, there's always an opportunity for adventure somewhere at Widehorizons.

In 2011, we were fortunate enough to have 32,000 children and young people visiting us, each of them experiencing their own advenures.

We rely on the generosity of our supporters to keep going.  Our vision is to be able to provide our services free to disadvantaged children which means we need your help

Adventure changes lives, we know that because we see it every day.  Increases in confidence, communication skills, teamwork, independence and self-belief all happen through what we do and we need your support to ensure that as many children have the opportunity to change their lives as possible.

We promise to use your donation as wisely and as effectively as we can.  We also promise to keep you updated with our progress.
